All guests must pay a tourist tax per person per day.
Children under 16 years of age will be exempt from paying this fee.
Since October 1, 2021 it is 1.10 Euros (VAT included).
The amount of the fees must be deposited in the key box on the day of Check-in.
I will pick them up the day after your arrival.

You cannot smoke inside the apartment.
On check-out day you must throw out the trash and leave the apartment tidied up.
Do not make noise after 10:00 p.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Failure to return the key will have a charge of €50
If you do not comply with the rules there will be an additional charge.
If you break or damage any object you will have to pay.
